Week 10 Questions:
- Stay in touch with my family and friends. Being isolated and away from loved ones can start to take a huge toll on your emotional and mental health. So, making sure that I keep in contact with them is super important to me.
- I need to stop overeating. With being stuck at home all day, I have a lot of access to the fridge and pantry. I need to make sure that I am still making myself nutritious meals that have enough servings of fruits and veggies each day.
- Not meeting up with my friends and family. Even though I may feel fine or vice versa I wouldn’t want to risk infecting them at all. Also making sure that I continue to wash my hands regularly, making sure that my house is clean and also tidy. By making sure that the environment I live in is clean will help me stay physically healthy, but also emotionally when the house is cleaned and neat it makes my head clearer, as it is less mess to worry about. Especially, with all of the extra work from my classes I need to have a clean work environment to help me stay motivated. I also need to continue to stay on top of the workouts posted for these blog posts. Making sure I keep active even if it’s inside my house, will definitely help improve or maintain my physical and emotional stability.
- How quickly things can change. The number of cases increased rapidly, which was actually very shocking to me. However, it is also very shocking in a good way to see how the community reacted. I have received so many kind and heartwarming messages from family and friends which has been extremely encouraging.
